2. Services Description

Illinois Packaging provides industrial packaging products and services including:

• Sale of new and used gaylord boxes, pallets, and IBC totes
• Purchase of used packaging materials
• Repair and reconditioning services
• Recycling services
• Transportation and logistics

3. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

4. Product Grades and Conditions

Used products are sold as described by their grade (A, B, or C). While we make every effort to accurately describe product conditions, minor variations may occur. Customers are welcome to inspect products before purchase.

5. Delivery and Transportation

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Additional charges may apply for rush deliveries, special handling, or deliveries outside our standard service area.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that significantly differ from their described condition. Custom orders are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of return receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

Illinois Packaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products or services in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Illinois Packaging and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
